| Description: |
Renovation of a 50 unit complex located in Pageland, SC. Exterior renovations included a new roofing system with gutters and downspouts, vinyl siding, new entry doors and cleaning of the existing brick. Interior renovations included the complete demolition of interior spaces. New doors, vinyl flooring, carpet, painting, kitchen and bathroom cabinets with new appliances were installed. The HVAC system and plumbing systems were also over-hauled as part of this contract. |
