| Description: |
Renovation of a 66 unit senior complex located in Lancaster, SC. Exterior renovations consisted of a new roofing system with vinyl soffits, gutters and downspouts. Existing windows were demoed and replaced. Interior renovations included the demolition of existing doors, trim, and kitchen and bathroom cabinets. Existing drywall (walls and ceilings) were skimmed and refinished. New closets were built in all bathrooms. All kitchens received new cabinets with countertops and appliances. The bathrooms also received new cabinets and countertops. All flooring was removed and patched to receive vinyl flooring and carpet. The HVAC and plumbing systems were overhauled. |
