| Description: |
A 100 plus bed facility located in Rome, Georgia. Work included a complete replacement of interior finishes including selective demolition, flooring, refinishing walls and demolition/replacement of acoustical ceilings. Exterior work included a foundation drain system and addition of new gables to house duct. Two new specialized HVAC units, duct and controls were added along with new wet and dry fire sprinkler systems. Electrical work included replacement of switches, recepticles, fixtures, panelboards, etc. and additional fire alarm controls required by new systems. All work was performed while the maintaining 100% occupancy and without any disturbance to the facility. |
