Building skin is a combination of brick veneer at lower levels and traffic area and siding on gables and non traffic areas, asphalt shingle roofing with continuous eave and ridge venting, aluminum double glazed windows and insulated metal panel doors. Interior finishes consist of gypsum wallboard walls and ceilings, spray ceiling texture, paint throughout, vinyl composition tile in foyer, hall and kitchen, carpet in living area and bedrooms, painted wood trim, shop-fabricated cabinets and plastic laminate countertops. |
