A 10 unit complex located in Oneonta, AL, consisting of single-family homes and two-story duplexes. This project was developed and constructed specifically to satisfy the State of Alabama’s commitment to Federal requirements for Mentally Ill/Mentally Retarded persons. Structure is wood frame with pre-engineered wood trusses. Building skin is a combination of brick veneer and siding on gables, asphalt shingle roofing with continuous eave and ridge venting, aluminum double glazed windows and insulated metal panel doors. Interior finishes are typical to other jobs. |
