Complete renovation of a 248 unit apartment complex in Gadsden, Alabama. Each apartment unit underwent extensive renovation, including new HVAC equipment, replaced countertops, carpet and vinyl flooring, updated lighting, new sinks and bath lavatories, mirrors, new appliances and water heaters, wall and ceiling repairs, as well as new paint throughout. Exterior work included re-roofing all structures, new landscaping and grassing, drainage and erosion control, seal coating the entire parking area and drives, repairing all damaged exterior wood work and gutters and downspouts. The office, clubhouse, and community room were also remodeled extensively. |
